I have a patient who is 37 year old interest in refractive surgery:
Pupil coordination: OD : X : -0.30 Y: +0.13 OI :X -0.05 Y: -0.11
AV without correction : OD : 20-80 AVBCC: 20-20 . OI: 20-100 AVBCC. 20-20
MR OD: NEUTRO( -2.00) x 90 . TCRP @ 3.0MM is: 1.4 diopter
MR OI: NEUTRO( -1.75) X 60 TCRP .2 3MM IS 1. 3 diopter.
How do you interpret de pupil coordination? It´s a case misaliggnment?
Wich astigmatism should I take for surgery?
In cases with low astigmatism like this case do you recomend to do surgery ? I´m afraid to be undercorrect and the patient not be happy.
